Client services has a three stage process to assist all clients even before they have made a decision to invest
Pre-Sales is the first stage at which one of Absolutes Property Consultants or Directors will evaluate the exact need or specific requirement of each individual client wether it be a 1st time buyer, small to medium investor or corporate institution. The follow-up includes furnishing all parties with as much information as possible to assist in the decision making process. This includes emails, brochures, due-dilligence information, investment comparisons, face to face client visits and presentations, presentations at UK headquaters or other overseas offices, organising of inspection visits and assistance with travel arrangements.

The Post-sales stage takes over on the reservation or purchase of any property, land, or commercial aqusition. At the initial stage of this process there is a mix of support from the property consultant/director and the international sales coordinator which covers all general information and questions.

The After Sales is predominantly managed by the International Sales Coordinator, this helps streamline any further enquiires and keeps all clients updated with development reports, newsletters, payment notices, legal processes and completion timeframes and much more subject to the type purchase. But we must state that at all times clients have access via email or telephone to the consultant or Directors of whom they have been dealing with from the start.
